Our investigators are prior law enforcement officers who have extensive training in scene investigation and documentation, and will uncover the details and facts which may have caused the injuries to your client.
Semper Blue’s private investigators also conduct interviews and obtain sworn statements, which are used to uncover additional details of information and identify additional key witnesses that may not have been named in the police report.

Christopher Davila, the Owner and Chief Investigator at Semper Blue Consulting Group, will be involved in every investigation undertaken by the firm.
Chris is a NYS Licensed Private Investigator (License# 11000220990) and Retired Law Enforcement Professional. He is an FAA-Certified Remote Pilot with a rating in Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS), also known as Drones, which are incorporated into Semper Blue’s investigations whenever appropriate and necessary.
Chris is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) with ACAMS, General Topics Instructor with the NYS DCJS Municipal Police Training Council, and Special Topics Instructor - Level II Active Shooter Train-the-Trainer with both ALERRT at Texas State University and New York State.
Chris speaks fluent Spanish and French.
